FAQ

Description: An easy level hike along the shoreline of the Clearwater River from the Seeley Lake Ranger District office to the put-in for the Clearwater Canoe Trail.  Be sure to stop at the viewing blind just off the main trail.

Directions: The access to the Clearwater River Canoe Trail is located between mile markers 18 and 19, Highway 83. Turn on to USDA Forest Service Road #17597 and travel 0.7 miles to the trailhead. There is parking available for 14 vehicles.*
