Descriptions: This cool alpine area is a great destination during a hot summer day at lower elevations.

Directions: Turn west off Highway 83 on to Boy Scout Road, between mile markers 19 and 20. Travel 0.9 miles to Fawn Creek Road (U.S. Forest Service Road #4349). Turn right and proceed 4.1 miles. Then turn right on the Lake Elsina Road (USDA Forest Service road #465). Follow this road another 4.3 miles to an intersection that is signed for Lake Elsina. Turn left and travel approximately two miles to Lake Elsina. You will find the trailhead to Lake Dinah at the end of the road.*
